| 1. Each regular member shall have a vote for all chapter officers positions and trustees. Each member shall cast only their vote. Proxy voting is not permitted. |
| 2. You must be present during the meeting to cast your vote. Before voting, the meeting will be open to nominations from the floor. |
| Nominees need not be present at the meeting for their names to be considered for office. |
